Position Summary:

Provides administrative support to the company, including data entry, mail distributions, outgoing mail and related matters.  Responsible for maintaining all aspects of daily office operations.

Overview of Essential Duties / Functions:

  • Greet and direct incoming calls, visitors and deliveries
  • Receive incoming and prepare outgoing mail, including arrangements for local, express, and international deliveries
  • Perform office administrative duties including but not limited to ordering office supplies and other supplies/services such as company apparel
  • Coordinate all site maintenance service (e.g. pest control, etc.) and office equipment

Engineering Supervisor

Description

This position is the lead technical contact for the Design/Drafting Group.  Responsible for interpreting customer specifications, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, monitoring project schedules, ensuring appropriate documentation is prepared and delivered to the customer and the manufacturing plants. This position will be a lead technical person for strategically assigning production and development engineering design work.

Overview of Essential Duties / Functions:

  • Reviews customer technical specifications and engineering work instructions to ensure requirements are delivered to design engineering in a timely and accurate manner
  • Technical contact for customers relating to warranty issues
  • Coordinate with manufacturing for most economical design and design practices
  • Plans, manages, and oversees the daily functions, operation and activities of the Product Engineering and Drafting/Design group
  • Provide leadership in resolving design issues and developing new products
  • Manages and participates in the development and implementation of company goals and objectives
  • Recommends and administrates policies and procedures
  • Develops and standardizes procedures and methods to improve efficiencies

Qualifications

  • Good understanding and knowledge of the physical/chemical principles of acoustics, filtration, and exhaust after-treatment
  • Must have knowledge of the application of finite element analysis, computational fluid analysis, and modal analysis to develop new products, analysis of system performance, and verification of the structural integrity of products.
  • Must have knowledge of experiment design for the test and evaluation of complex systems. This includes acoustic, vibration, and aerodynamic test methods
  • Must have knowledge of instrumentation used for test and evaluation
  • Must have knowledge of CAD design tools (Pro/E and AutoCad)
  • Must have good communication skills

Overview of Essential Duties / Functions:
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth

• Primary focus will be to actively pursue/qualify new accounts, markets, and products that match our core competencies

• Ownership of sales, market planning, performance metrics, forecasting and reporting, market pricing and margins

• Obtain knowledge in the application and general design of company products and ability to convey this in an effective manner to customers

• Effectively communicate customer needs to internal key stakeholders in engineering, project management, and operations
