Engine Calculator

Use the ACFM Calculator when you know the following:

  • Engine exhaust flow rate
  • Engine exhaust temperature
  • Maximum allowable back pressure

Fill in the requested fields. Note that some fields are optional. If you would like the calculator to choose the optimal inlet/outlet size, leave the field blank.

After entering the data, The recommended silencer chosen for you based on all input information will be listed. Any notes or warnings will be shown with the results. You may be required to reconfigure your input to achieve valid output.

If no silencer is found, either re-check your data input, or no standard silencer is available that meets your configuration needs. Contact us for further assistance.
