Mission Statement
Western Turbine Users Inc. (WTUI) exists to provide members a forum for the exchange of technical, operations, and maintenance information and experience to improve reliability and economic viability of GE LM series power facilities.

Description
WTUI is a membership organization of GE LM2500, LM5000, and LM6000 users, manufacturers and suppliers. The organization is a California Corporation funded through annual membership and conference fees. WTUI was founded in 1990 and has approximately 80 power facilities represented and more than 100 suppliers. OEMs and suppliers support WTUI through their participation in the annual conference and in technical discussions.

Southern Gas Association has been a cornerstone of the natural gas industry for more than 100 years. Founded in 1908, SGA set out to concern itself with technical and sales issues, and to devise solutions to common problems within the natural gas industry.

The Electrical Generating Systems Association (EGSA) is the world’s largest organization exclusively dedicated to onsite power generation. The association is comprised of 700 companies — Manufacturers, Distributor/Dealers, Contractors/Integrators, Manufacturer’s Representatives, Consulting & Specifying Engineers, Service Firms, End Users and others — throughout the U.S. and around the world that make, sell, distribute and use onsite power generation technology and equipment, including generators, engines, switchgear, controls, voltage regulators, governors and much more.

The Gas Compressor Association (GCA) is a professional trade organization dedicated to the enrichment of its members and their industry: products and services for the natural gas compression market.

MANA is the association of interdependent manufacturers and representatives dedicated to educating, protecting and promoting the multi-line, outsourced sales function. Agents and principals accomplish the most when they work in harmony. This type of teamwork, as well as professional integrity and profitability, are what MANA seeks to promote and facilitate.

The American Gas Association, founded in 1918, represents 199 local energy companies that deliver clean natural gas throughout the United States. There are more than 70 million residential, commercial and industrial natural gas customers in the U.S., of which 91 percent — more than 64 million customers — receive their gas from AGA members. Today, natural gas meets almost one-fourth of the United States’ energy needs.

SAE International is a global association of more than 128,000 engineers and related technical experts in the aerospace, automotive and commercial-vehicle industries. SAE International’s core competencies are lifelong learning and voluntary consensus standards development. SAE International’s charitable arm is the SAE Foundation, which supports many programs, including A World In Motion® and the Collegiate Design Series.
